Remepy
Remepy is a healthtech company developing hybrid digital therapies for cancer patients. While oncology drugs are becoming more advanced, their efficacy is often compromised by stress-related hormones such as cortisol, which suppress immune function. Remepy’s platform addresses this gap by combining medical treatment with psychobiological practices clinically proven to strengthen resilience and improve outcomes.
Our role was to establish a research-led foundation for the product’s design. Through collaboration with medical experts, extensive desk research, and fieldwork inside patients’ homes, we mapped the medical and emotional journey of cancer care. This process defined where and how the app could intervene – not as another layer of complexity, but as a supportive presence aligned with patients’ real needs.
We translated insights into actionable design principles: adapting medical protocols to patient journeys, ensuring accessibility across demographics, and embedding engagement as part of therapy itself. Personas, user journeys, and usability tests validated each step, resulting in a product that is clinically rigorous yet emotionally attuned. This research now serves as the foundation for Remepy’s continued development and recent $15M funding milestone.
